Sometimes life and relationships aren't what we hoped for. You may feel disconnected from someone you love, overwhelmed by anxiety or sadness, or affected by experiences from your past.
Counseling can help you understand what's happening, strengthen what matters most, and find a healthier way forward.
Strengthen connection, communication, and your relationship.
Support for anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, and life transitions.
Support for teens 14+ navigating emotions, relationships, stress, and change.
Process painful experiences and reduce the impact of trauma and PTSD
Depending on your needs and goals, I draw on evidence-based approaches, including:
Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
For clients whose Christian faith is an important part of their lives, I can also thoughtfully incorporate faith into counseling. This may include exploring concerns through the lens of your beliefs, discussing Scripture or biblical principles, or incorporating prayer when requested.
Faith integration is optional and guided by your preferences.
Insurance-covered teletherapy is available through Headway for eligible clients with participating plans. In-person sessions are private pay.
I provide warm, relational, evidence-based counseling for couples, women, and teens.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely understood while gaining insight and practical tools that help create meaningful change.
You don't need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before coming to counseling.
We can begin where you are.
"Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." Galatians 6:2
